Do I need a WhatsApp Business number?
Yes. ReplyLoop works with the official WhatsApp Cloud API from Meta, so you connect your own business number.
Does the price include WhatsApp message charges?
No. ₹499 per month is for ReplyLoop. Meta bills its own per-conversation charges separately.
Can my whole team use one number?
Yes. Add agents with their own logins. Everyone sees the same inbox and you can assign each chat.
What happens after the free trial?
You can keep going for ₹499 per month. If you do not subscribe, sending is paused but your chats and contacts stay safe.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
