Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ReplyLoop you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

ReplyLoop lets a business read and reply to WhatsApp messages with its team, using the business's own WhatsApp Business Platform connection from Meta. Features are added over time, and some features shown as "coming soon" may not yet be available.

Your account

• You must give accurate details and keep your password private.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account and by the team members you invite.
• You must have the right to use the WhatsApp number and Meta account that you connect.

Acceptable use

• Follow Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms, Business Policy and Commerce Policy, including its rules on consent and message templates.
• Do not send spam, unlawful, misleading or harmful messages, and do not message people who have not agreed to hear from you.
• You are responsible for having each customer's permission before you message them, and for honouring opt-outs. ReplyLoop records opt-outs (STOP) and skips those contacts, but it cannot check how you collected consent.
• Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or access another customer's data.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts the service or other users at risk.

Free trial and payment

New workspaces get a 7-day free trial. After the trial the price is ₹499 per month unless we tell you otherwise in advance. The subscription renews every month until you cancel it from the Billing page; see our Refund and Cancellation Policy. When a trial ends without payment, sending messages is paused until the workspace is upgraded. Meta may charge separately for WhatsApp conversations; those charges are between you and Meta.

Your data

You own the contacts and conversations in your workspace. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. The service depends on Meta's platform, which we do not control. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Ending the service

You can stop using ReplyLoop at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
