Data deletion

You can ask us to delete your account and the data stored in it at any time.

How to ask

1. Send an email to jkzonedigitalseva@gmail.com from the email address used on your account, with the subject "Delete my data".
2. Tell us the business name on the account so we can find it.
3. We will confirm the request and delete the account, its contacts, conversations and saved WhatsApp connection details.

If you are a customer of a business that uses ReplyLoop

Your WhatsApp conversation is held in that business's workspace. Please ask the business to delete it, or email us with the phone number you used and the business you messaged and we will pass the request on.

What happens next

We aim to complete deletion within 30 days. Some records may be kept for longer only where the law requires. Backups are removed on their normal schedule.
